Shipping Schedule
Orders placed during weekday hours are processed within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Orders placed during weekend hours are processed the following business day. We will keep you posted as we make and subsequently ship your order. Please email us at office@aklasu.co or call 1-800-595-0276 with questions about your order. You can always track your orders and you will receive frequent updates.
Returns
Aklasu pieces are made to be kept. If yours is not what you were hoping for, you may return your undamaged and unworn purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note on Dress Socks
Due to sanitary reasons, socks that are returned must not have been tried on.
Canada & USA Returns
- Let us know you want to start a return. Email us at office@aklasu.co and include your Order Number.
- We will immediately send you a pre-paid return label.
- Package the items you want returned in their original packaging and place the pre-paid return label on the outside.
- Drop it off with the courier at your convenience.
- Once we receive the return we will immediately issue your refund.
International Returns (Outside Canada & USA)
We accept returns from our international customers within 30 days of delivery. You have two options for return shipping:
- Arrange your own return shipping. Use your national postal carrier with a tracked service. We are unable to process refunds for parcels lost in transit.
- Use our pre-paid return label. We will email you a label and deduct the cost from your refund.
- Before shipping anything back, email us at office@aklasu.co with your Order Number to receive a Return Authorization. Let us know which shipping option you prefer. Do not ship your return without this step.
- Package the items you want returned in their original packaging. On the customs declaration form, mark the shipment as RETURNED MERCHANDISE with a declared value of $0 to avoid customs delays.
- If using your own carrier, email us your tracking number once the return is on its way.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
The 365-Day Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our products, so we guarantee them for 365 days. If your tie is defective or damaged (excluding stains and snags) through no fault of your own, we will happily exchange it for a new one.
